Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Tuition is due at the time of registration. Your space is guaranteed only when payment is received. All classes are contingent on sufficient enrollment. Tuitions will be returned if a class is cancelled. In the case of Registrant cancellation, REFUNDS (minus a $25 processing fee) ARE GIVEN ONLY IF THE OFFICE IS NOTIFIED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE START OF FIRST CLASS.  Once a class begins, no refunds will be given.

PLEASE do not register for a class marked “Regular Attendance Required” without reading this!

Classes are designed to afford interested students the exciting experience of rehearsing a piece from start to finish and performing it for a live audience. For these classes to succeed, regular attendance by all students is absolutely crucial. This promotes an understanding of individual responsibility, fosters group ensemble, and provides the necessary continuity in rehearsal. Please check your schedules carefully for conflicts before signing up for classes so indicated. Should a conflict arise, call the office immediately.
