CYT actors will inspire you with new and improved versions of familiar children’s stories, complete with a sing-a-long!
Outgoing audience members may even join the actors on stage to tell a joke or share a special talent. And everyone gets a prize at the end!!!

Playtime performances start at 10:30 and attendees pay $5/person at the door.

In the rubble of the London Blitz of World War II, Alice Spencer’s budding teen life is turned upside down, and she and her dear friend Alfred are forced to take shelter in an underground tube station. In this beloved story, Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka follows candy manufacturer, Willy Wonka, as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his scrumptious candy bars. Four of the five winning children are insufferable brats: the fifth is a likeable young lad named Charlie Bucket, who takes the tour in the company of his equally amiable grandfather. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka’s rules in the factory… or suffer the consequences. Get ready for a fantasy ride into the land of pure imagination!
